This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia except the employees (and their immediate families) of ProJET Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., their affiliates, and/or related companies and advertising agencies.

Photocopies of "Consumer Contact Cards" are permitted. Participants can send as many entries as they wish but each entry must be accompanied by an original sales receipt of a minimum of RM40 as proof of purchase. Entries must be dropped into boxes provided at participating ProJET stations. The date printed on the original sales receipt will be the date of contest participation. For example, an original sales receipt dated 5 March will qualify for the following:

1. Daily Prize contest: 5 March 2007
2. Weekly Prize contest: 3 - 9 March 2007
3. Monthly Prize contest: March 2007
4. Grand Prize contest
   
   

ProJET Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, disfigured, late entries or entries without the right proof of purchase automatically.

ProJET Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

There are four tiers to this contest:

1. DAILY PRIZE - Two qualified participants will be selected daily and will be required to answer a question correctly in order to win. Qualified participants will be contacted on the following Friday after the contest week.
   

2. WEEKLY PRIZE - Two qualified participants will be selected weekly and will be required to answer a question correctly in order to win. Qualified participants will be contacted on the following Friday after the contest week.

3. MONTHLY PRIZE - One qualified participant will be selected monthly and will be required to answer a question correctly in order to win. The qualified participant will be contacted two weeks after the end of the contest month.

4. GRAND PRIZE - One qualified participant will be selected from all the qualified entries received and will be required to answer TWO questions correctly in order to win. Qualified participant will be contacted two weeks after the end of the contest.
   

5. Each selected qualified participant will be contacted via phone and will be required to answer a question or questions correctly in order to win. Should the first attempt to call the participant fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service, no connection, etc., another two attempts will be made within the next 2 hours of the first phone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, ProJET reserves the right to select the enxt qualified participant.
   
   

Grand prize does not include automobile insurance, registration and road tax, whereby such costs will be borne by the winners. ProJET Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the colour of the car.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to ProJET Malaysia Sdn Bhd and its agencies to use the winners' names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation/notice.

By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Rules and Regulations and decisions of ProJET Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

By participating in this contest, participants agree and grant ProJET Malaysia Sdn Bhd to use information provided in the Customer Contact Cards for future marketing activities.

ProJET reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this contest with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by ProJET of the contest shall not entitle the eligible participant to any claim or compensation against ProJET for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the eligible participant as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

The Contest Rules and Regulations are given in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. In the event of inconsistencies of the languages used, the English language version of the Rules and Regulations of the contest shall prevail.

Judges' decision is final. Correspondence will not be entertained.

Contest period is from 3 March 2007 - 1 June 2007.
